HEATHER HOECHST's Rating: ★★★★★
Having never worked with a realtor before and with the market in Durango being a bit crazy, I was a little nervous at the prospect of finding a home. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor (and guide) than Christina. She has the perfect combination of professional and personable. She answered all my questions, was incredibly responsive, and sent me every listing in my price range as soon as it came on the market. She helped me feel comfortable in trusting my own instincts and giving advice when asked. Her personal touches at closing were incredibly sweet. I would enthusiastically recommend Christina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Durango.   Read Full Review

Having bought and sold a dozen properties I have worked with a few real estate professionals and I have to say Christina is one of the best! Facing almost no inventory and high prices, I could not have closed on my home without Christina. Additionally, with her market knowledge she was able to quickly sell a property for considerably more than I expected. All with a smile and being an exceptional human.   Read Full Review

Even though Christina was the seller's agent and I was the buyer, she was responsive and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I almost felt she was a buyer's agent as well! I'd consider myself lucky for her to be the Agent on any future properties we buy.   Read Full Review

MAMANDEL99's Rating: ★★★★★
Christina is the BEST agent I have ever worked with! She is an absolute rock star. This was my 8th time selling a property, and Christina is by far the most outstanding agent I've ever worked with. When she says "full service" she absolutely means it.I tasked Christina with selling my home in Edgemont Ranch at top dollar. While other agents dismissed my price point as too high Christina listened to why I thought it was worth more, and listed it for my desired price. Next, she discussed with me the improvements necessary to get that price, and connected me with contact after contact to get the repairs/improvements completed. Her people showed up on time, and did a fantastic job on the work. If you live in Durango you know how hard it is to find good people to work, and all of hers were excellent. She even hired a professional stager at no cost to me, and guess what? She was able to get me the price I wanted. She negotiated the price and repairs like a pro while maintaining a happy and positive attitude even when I got a bit grumpy. Her negotiation skills were second to none. The last part of her services truly blew me away. If you've sold property before, you know that most agents simply disappear after the home is under contract; not Christina. I had a lot of furniture that I didn't want to take with me, and I tried to get rid of it to no avail. Christina stepped up and found people to take all of my unwanted items. She even came over and helped load it up, taking a huge load of stress off of me. She coordinated the cleaning when I moved out, and blew me away with the thoughtfulness and generosity of her closing gift.If you want a true full service agent who is an expert in all things real estate, has all the Durango contacts to get the job done, and absolutely cares about you and your satisfaction please hire Christina Rinderle. Her upbeat personality, genuine caring, and absolute real estate expertise set her far apart from any other agent I've ever worked with. Thank you Christina!   Read Full Review
