About Joe

Many years ago my family and I vacationed in Durango. While walking downtown I told my wife, “One of these days we will live here!” Well, five years after that first trip we decided to make the move. I can say that, as a father, it was the best thing I have ever done for my children. The atmosphere, schools and people make Durango a wonderful place to call home. Having gone through the relocation process myself, I have become very efficient and knowledgeable in helping countless couples and families move to Durango.

My enthusiasm for the community and the sport of cycling has led me to support a number of regional organizations and events, including:

. The Hundred Club of Durango, providing assistance to families of fallen or injured fire fighters, city & state police and sheriff’s officers in La Plata County.
. The Durango Wheel Club - founded 1895, membership co-director.
. The Fort Lewis College Skyhawks cycling team.
. The Fall Blaze Classic (raising funds for cycling scholarships to Fort Lewis College).
. The historic Iron Horse Bicycle Classic (In 2008 donated funds for Mercy Medical Center’s Breast Cancer Wing)
